Mikuni Rebuild Schedule

I have been chasing my tail on what I initially (2 years ago) thought was a jetting problem but now think it is a rebuild issue. My problem is an off throttle bog and popping at idle at low rpms. I have cleaned and maintained my 44's, but have never fully rebuilt them in 10 years+ with the exception...

Nice, Rhodent Island! I went to RISD. Bought a 510 wagon up on Federal Hill in 1987, only wagon I ever had.
We should plan a meet over at Futofab with all these North Easterners showing up here.

Follow the FSM for rebuild of both, it's pretty straight forward and all of the parts are readily available.

I used a U67 on a long rod LZ 2.2 hybrid, with the hi comp pistons it made quite a hi flowing screamer.

The wagons didn't have IR alternators though, correct?
So you will have to bypass the voltage regulator.
