FS: 1973 2dr 510 w/ 68/69 roller

Hey Everyone My uncle is looking to sell his 510's, the catch is you have to get everything and he will not part the two out. 1st we have a 73 if I remember correctly 2 dr 510 with L20b. He says when he got this motor it was hoped up with cam's and what not. I cannot say to what exactly but you can ...

Re: Stereo Options

The Amp with aux cord sounds like a viable option. Amps now are smaller than before with good output, so easy to store out of sight. I di did find a Rockford fosgate system that does exactly what I want but its just under $200, I can pull off the amp trick cheaper I think. Not looking for some crazy...

Stereo Options

Hello fellow members, Over the past years I have never had a stereo in the car and I'm ready for one. Trying to determine what options are best. Ideally I would love just a hidden receiver that I can Bluetooth into and control from my phone but I cant seem to find what I'm looking for. I was thinkin...

Re: JDM Legends

I have to disagree with most, I thought the show was good. I didn't watch the show to learn to be a better welder or a better car builder for that matter. I wanted to watch it because its breaking the norm of super clean garage that get things handed to them for free as a form of mass marketing thei...

Jeff, how would having Byron's brackets affect the use of your system?

Re: How much does it weigh?

Jeff, so my friend and I have gotten to the point where his VQ35HR is up a running in his 280z and what a riot that motor is. He's running the trans out of the wrecked 08 350z he purchased to complete the swap but it feels so good in that platform. It makes me want to start a new project! What car w...

Re: PoorMtnKids 70 2DR

... and still get the same 330RWHP and 300 TQ. Whoa, that's a lot of power from a (stock?) SR20DET 2L engine. It's one thing to claim those numbers as a dyno queen / street car, but quite another to sustain that for long'ish track sessions. I know the SR20 is stout little engine but it's st...

Re: PoorMtnKids 70 2DR

The pre work I did this go around was far above and beyond what I normally do. I wrote down all the different things that have sidelined me in the past and paid close attention to all of those areas. In between each run I actually jacked up the car and checked the 4 bolts per side with shanks that h...

Re: PoorMtnKids 70 2DR

It has been a long while since I have updated this post , figure I would resurrect it from deep being that I recently had a fun experience with the car and a great aah ha moment. If you have followed this build you already know I have had problems with the car while out at track days. Overheating wa...

Re: Anyone know this Aus/NZ Race car?

No I have not tried , I did notice the for sale . Just before coming on the real again I had another video show up on my youtube feed title Nissa/Datsun Nationals Phillip Island 2013...... so it may be pretty old. The mounting was interesting , I know a lot of people wouldn't put the mounting holes ...
