Re: Shipping BRE Spoiler from USA to Australia, recommendati

Still no luck... Dave has spoken to me about shipping in multiple pieces. I might have to go down this path, but would prefer to exhaust all opportunity before going down that path... This is extremely frustrating. Dave is doing his best to help, but i'm just baffled by the US shipping to Australia....

Re: Shipping BRE Spoiler from USA to Australia, recommendati

I have spoken to one of my friends who bought a fibreglass front apron from somewhere in the USA (through Ebay) and had it shipped to Australia. He said it was shipped through USPS priority Mail International and paid $29.00 USD. As you know, a front apron has similar dimensions to the spoiler. Does...

Re: Shipping BRE Spoiler from USA to Australia, recommendati

It could be carried as baggage, you just need to locate someone traveling to/from Melbourne in the right time period. Craigslist could help in the states, maybe you have a similar social site for coordinating such things. Possibly, but I think there are restrictions about size for carry on, without...

Re: Shipping BRE Spoiler from USA to Australia, recommendati

Are there other options instead of USPS?
Surely there is another method of postage with a length over 54". Someone must have experience in this?

FedEx wants $320!!! Package is 54" x 16" x 4" and weighs 10lbs. Can anyone help out with any suggestions o...

Re: Wolf creek axel kits

Wolf Creek buy the CV's from somewhere, and I have no idea whether they use GSP CV's or not. For the price they could be any chinese CV, considering the German CV joints are the price of the full wolf creek setup. I can only provide experience on CV's which I have used. If they happen to be the same...

Re: Chassis Stiffening

I am looking into some of the mods which Baz was suggesting. Thread on Ozdat can be found here: http://www.ozdat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=11103 Here's a picture of some things I'm working on. The 1st photo shows the bracing which Baz is referring to. It is in another car of one of the owners in...

Re: Wolf creek axel kits

Was just reading this post. The photo you guys see on here is of my car. I am putting out 162rwkw with an SR20DET running 9-10psi. (T28 turbo and Torsen LSD) I have since fitted German Roulex CV's which I am told are made from better quality steel and have better hardening. The reason the screw look...
