I wonder what grade that was, some of the shots made it look quite steep. Lots of hours & $$ in those restorations. ...and U.P. restored engine 4014. I can't imagine the cost to do that. Cool they did it, but I.5 million pounds weight and who knows how many millions to complete the restoration.

Maybe it's my disk combo but I like a heavy flywheel and I really like the S15 twin disk clutch. Feels like stock but holds the power. I just don't see the point of a lightened flywheel. Our racecar has a stock flywheel and it's fine. I always rev match. I just don't see the point of a light flywhe...

slot the motor mounts, to drop the motor down a bit
run a fiberglass hood, take out the middle support reinforcement section that would otherwise hit the valve cover
put a "power bulge" into the hood, or jack up the hood a bit with spacers.
