Excellent product. look up billet aluminum sealer to protect the vents. The hot rod guys use it on rims etc.

The S14/S15 valve cover has an internal baffling system were as the S13 does not. It is said that this conversion limits the amont of oil that gets into the catch can.

GTR R32 flange can be found on many JDM cars and is still available from Nissan.

Yes you do have to install the flange after the diff is installed in the cross member.

Modern Motorsports product will not work on the 510. The Diff flanges will work however the bearing on the trailing arms is larger than the 510 so it will not work that is why it states 240z - 280z etc.

I would not use any kind of adapters if you hp goals are that high. TSR has the kit made to his spec via Mark Williams a respected drive line producer in the race and drag reaching industry. Best option sell your current lsd buy what you need and you will save money in the long run. A great deal is not always a good deal. I am interested in seeing how this is going to work. If you are going to add onto the top of the existing walls you are going to create a hinge point in the wall.
