I agree with Byron. Check for a stuck valve either valve guide, bent valve, ingesting something in engine,or drop valve seat. I had a rocker pop off and found dropped valve seat.

L20 engine with 219 SSS Head
Have L20 engine with 219 SSS head. Head is polished with cam spray bar. Engine has polished front cover and chrome oil pan. Ran in vintage race car with 60 psi oil pressure no smoke. Carb and header also available.
