Your car looks awesome. I don't know if your tire will get hot from the muffler but my trunk floor gets really hot from the muffler being tucked up close to the sheet metal. I'm going to need to a some sort of shielding to keep the temps down.

I thought about doing this so I could get the caster I want without cutting up the strut tower. Once I set my camber plates I've never adjusted them, and I have adjustable t/c rods and control arms to make final adjustments.

This is off topic, but are those fixed camber plates?

I have a new timing chain kit that someone gave me 20 years ago that I'd be happy to send you. It's of unknown origin as I received it in a box with a hand written "L20B" on it. It's the chain, two sprockets, and guides for free if you want it.

The wheels came out really nice, the snowflakes are my favorite factory wheel. Since you have the tools and skill to do it, rebuilding the calipers is a great idea. The calipers that you would have bought from Centric, Raybestos, etc would have been rebuilt, but now you know the were done correctly....

Will the early 510 door handles like the ones in this picture fit correctly on a 71 2 door? I like this style without the plastic inserts.
