You've been warned. lol It was basically a rolling shell with a running low miles automatic ka installed. It was stripped down to...

Re: Sway bar for Front sump KA24DE

This guy makes them in LA and there's a few people using his sway bar. There's no write ups on them so I can't give you any details. But I know A few people on FB that used it and didn't post anything negative about it. You can contact him and see if there's any issues with fitment. I know my when I...

Re: Datsport 1/4 window glass to frame seal issues.

So I got this link from BAZ and it has been a tremendous help. http://www.the510realm.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=24023&p=251955#p251955 Also Colbino was nice enough to answer my questions and give me some guidance. I have one fully done and as good as I could get it. One left to do lets see how this on...

Re: Alternative Modern Wiper Motor Conversions

Thanks for the update Tedman! I'm going to pick up my Integra motor in moments. I have a 626 motor I bought over a year ago and was going to follow the old instructions that Kelvin developed years ago on The Dime Quarterly however, the link doesn't work any more and I can't find it anywhere. This I...

Re: Rear wheel stud help

Looks like you may have gotten fronts on the rear? Lug studs from bolt on rotor applications are very short. +1 on Quest being one of the longest jobber lugs that I'm aware of. DORMAN 610403 M12-1.25 Serrated Wheel Stud; 12.90mm Knurl; 45.5mm Length [1997 Nissan Quest--Rear] Thanks for the input. I...

Re: Rear wheel stud help

Absolute bare minimum thread engagement length is ~ one bolt diameter. And that is for low stress use until you can actually get 1.5 - 2 x the bolt diameters engaged. Late 90's Nissan Quest rear studs are 45 mm long I think. Google that to get the details right. Thanks for the input. I will look it...

Rear wheel stud help

So guys I have Troys longer wheel studs up front with my 280zx hubs and they work great. As I was installing my new wheel on the rear I notice that the rear studs seam rather short. There's just to much thread left in the lug nut. Im wondering if I need longer rear studs? It doesn't look safe to me....

Re: What did you do on your 510 today?

Made a bracket for my IC to mount too with the help of my friend Scott Dart. Marked the holes to drill for the radiator. Need to get some rubber washer and shorter bolts to mount to the IC and radiator.
