Ok what could it be....what would prevent me from getting spark? Can you all maybe make a list of things that it could be? I'm at a total lost

New question....do I need the Intake Air Temperature sensor? This is what I found, the 4 wire plug that go's to the Idle Air Control...I have the BLACK/YELLOW going to 12V....light blue going to pin 113 on the ECU. the other two wires BLUE/w RED stripe and LIGHT BLUE/w Yellow stripe that are cut off...

New up date, Still nothing!!!!! I pulled and went over the harness again, pin by pin, I checked every wire. I even grounded the Ignitor chip...I have all grounds grounded I have pulled the CAS......NOTHING I even removed the relays and hooked every thing to just the fuse .....NOTHING Im at a point t...

Yes orange wire is hooked up and I seen where the fuel pump relay gets power to the pump when motor is turning over
No I'm getting no spark at all, I do have a key for power on then a push button to turn motor so I don't loose power to relays
