if your not running a bypass water line from the lower thermosstat housing I just drill a 1/8 hole in the thermostat. Just helps with the airbubbles better.That I notice. ON my 75 RD if I ran Yamalube it would foul plugs. But If I ran the 8 $ a gal Valoline 2 stroke oil from Schucks it was fine. Figure that one.?

I met a guy on here He said he had wiring issues. I rig the car to start but said the harness was repaired from a buddy of his. had light issues also. Find out only later the harness was plugged in wrong at the glove box connections so ck , double ck as you said this was working before so its a SIMP...

also if you pul the light switch all the way out and have NO Lights, But on HIGH beam yoiu have all 4 lights come on , Its most lightley the relay used as a pass thru untill the high beam switch but s ground on the relay to DOUBLE ground the lightn system for all the lights. I really dont know if the fuse is needed in the drawing. I never seen one used myself

Yes I know the choke relay is there but I dont think it has NOTHING to do with the STARTER circut.

You can get a pc of sheet metal and make a bracket drill a hole to put the switch in and put under the light switch.
Thats how mine is as I dont have the pc to put mine in either on my 69.

Put the orginal lamps back in and see if this changes. If works OK then the lamps are cause a ground loop or soemthing weird.

ck relay / clean the fuse box . and connector.

I have used the BlueStreak ones as Okfine has mentioned. that was made by Standard Motor products. They sell another version with black cap and bradss contacks. close to 20$ retail. Match box distributor I usually just say 79 200sx rotor and cap. But I believe all the way doown to 1975 will work for...
