WTB 1971-72 Wiper motor arm, cigarette lighter, wiper arms
Missing the arm that connects the wiper motor to the linkage. Also looking for the actual wiper arms as my car did not comes with these. This is the part that actually moves and cleans the windshield. Also looking for a cigarette lighter for the dash as mine is missing. Lastly is there a source for ...

Re: Dash harness and hardware questions
Depending on how hacked the harness is, maybe just send the whole thing. Is there any way you can start with a whole factory harness? Old or not, you'd be miles ahead I think. Building one from scratch is a huge job. If you don't want to use a factory harness, how about a rewire kit from a hot rod ...

Dash harness and hardware questions
Just picked up a 1971 Datsun 510 last summer and I am in the middle of creating a dash harness for it as it doesn't currently have one. Re: Intel's 1971 510.
Yes it has been my savior. I had been using the FSM I bought a while ago but it is especially hard to follow the logic near the fusebox without color for me.okayfine wrote:Did you find the link to the color wiring diagram?

Re: Intel's 1971 510.
Just updated my location, in the suburbs of chicago. Previous owner bought it as a shell from New Mexico and got it to this point of running and driving and stopping. Only wiring in the car right now that is stock is the rear taillight harness. Just bought some retractable seat belts and replacement...

Intel's 1971 510.
So I have been poking around for a 510 for about 2 years although I have been reading this forum off and on for at least 6-8 years. The issue I have had is most of the good deals on the west coast go before I even have a shot at them and transporting back a non running car and the associated parts g...
