i've heard people using camaro's but not sure what year?
KYB 743019 AGX for the 82-02 Camaro is adjustable and works.

By the looks of it, the T3 coilovers are also built around this shock absorber.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: Adjustable Rear Spring Perch

I have 250lbs 8" x 2.5"ID Eibach in the front and for the rear I bought a 500lbs 18" x 3"ID Eibach truck spring that I cut in half, so ~1000lbs 9" springs. I will need to buy weight jack kit because it sits too low for me.

Re: Fred's 73 2dr 510

There are 4 different height 620 mounts. I would keep the motor as high as possible. It helps for ground clearance and allows the drag link to work. Back when me and Frank did those swaps with the stock steering we would also loosen the steering box and idler arm, one of us would pull the drag link...

Re: Fred's 73 2dr 510

Ok! I tried 6mm on both sides... It's better but not enough . I don't have long enough bolts to try any thicker right now. Next week I'll be back to work and have access to longer ones. I think I'll try 12mm on both sides.

Re: Fred's 73 2dr 510

What part number is that energy suspension trans mount bushing? 1036 comes up with nothing on their site. 31108G It's a GM mount. Gab from T3 recommended it to me with his transmission crossmember. Having done this swap a number of times in the past, I have found that if you use the factory SR20 en...

Re: Fred's 73 2dr 510

Looks like a nice project. When I cut the tranny tunnel for my KA box, I did it nice and tight like yours, I ultimately had to open it up more due to an awful vibration it made against the tunnel at low rpms. I initially cut the minimum I could to get the transmission in place as shown in the pictu...

I love the 350z, I would chose it over the 370z anytime. Have fun with it!

Re: Fred's 73 2dr 510

As you said, I think it's a critical detail if I want it to run smoothly. Here are some pictures to illustrate my issue. Rockauto 510 mounts VS OEM mounts https://i.imgur.com/jQcB3oW.jpg Transmission position. I'll adjust it and make a shim when I get the right motor mounts, but I think it should be...

Re: Fred's 73 2dr 510

Non the less.. You are doing a great job! seems you kinda got the most sought parts already. Thanks, I'm doing my best and learning along the way. It turns out my motor is not sitting where I need it to be. The valve cover is pretty damn close to hitting the hood and so is the front velocity stack....

Re: Noobie's 510 project

Agreed, cool car! It would be nice to see a build thread on the Realm. We should try and get an Ottawa - Montreal Datsun together sometime next summer. Beau's brewery in Vankleek Hill (about 25 min West from Rigaud) is a perfect mid-way location and lot of fun roads to cruise to/from in the Laurent...

Is there any more information or photos on this machine?
I do have info, but I'll ask him if he's willing to hop on the realm and make a build thread. I know he's posting stuff on Instagram @datsim_labelle but I never really checked it out.

Re: Noobie's 510 project

Somebody clearly posted a picture of your 510's on their page though, with both hoods opened. I could not attend this year, but there are usually many sweet rides. There was a pretty sweet Hakobird 510 from a friend  I'll try to be there next year with mine if it's ready. https://i.imgur.com/t...

Was that at the JDM Fest in Saint-Eustache?
