The 510 Realm

This event sounds promising.
I went to that All Nissan show back in 1998

I'm surprised there wasn't much discussion about this event. There were a lot of 510s there.

Yes I am the organizer of the POTD show. After the 2012 show, I took a break from Datsuns for several years. Nobody took any photos of the 2012 show. I have one I'll sell. Its a matchbox type from a 1979 truck.

All the 810 and Maximas (RWD) from 1977-84 used the smaller L24 block but you figured that out already. The struts are the same dimentions and should work perfect on a 510 but the brake calipers are ever so slightly smaller. I bought "Maxima" brake pads for my '84 Maxima I used to have. I ...

eh, just keep the one you got. The others are all used anyway and even though they might appear ok at first, its really hard to find a good quality one!

The only real difference between turbo and N/A brakes is the rear rotors on a turbo car are a little larger. The brakes were not changed for the turbo and NA 280ZX. The rear rotors on both are larger diameter than the front rotors. The rear rotors and calipers were a different design on the 1979-81...

Mercedes is the way to go. I was lucky enough to find a pair... the yard charged me $5 each because they were basically sold as sealed beam headlights.

My truck was obviously used for parts... for themselves. Nothing has shown up in 2 months.
