The FS5W71B transmission is the slightly larger case, usually referred to as a Longtail 5spd. Used in z cars and some of the trucks.

i have one, just south of seattle.

if you end up getting one and want to keep with an L-series block, i have the oil pan/pick up required for it.

Specifically looking for an L20b front sump oil pan.

This will be going into a 1972 510, but using the Coachwerks redesigned crossmember.

Looks like that will be from the:

'77-'79 S10 first gen 200sx ........... L20B

'78.5-'79 A10 (HL510).................. L20B

According to Datzenmike this should have come from a 1980-81 HL510/A10 or a 1980-81 S110/200sx with an L20b.

Pan and pickup would be nice, but I mainly need the pan.
