OK,so it's Probably an early 69, according to factory production info made between Sept 68 and July 69 (04-09) sixth and seventh digits. What vin # did they stop calling it a 68 and started with 69, anyone know?

So the 69 had bullet markers on the rear quarters? The antenna mast is on the drivers side cowl. The wipers are the same setup as my other two 2dr 510's, not suicide. The info on here says vin is a 68. I'll post some pictures soon but I need to clear up the title thing right away.

So I picked up this 2dr 510 vin PL510072860 and from looking at info here it must be an early 2dr 510. It has the spear side marker lights on the front fenders, bullet markers on the rear fenders and a grill that has the badge with a D in the middle. Can I assume from the info here that the 510 2dr I just picked up is a 1968? The vin reads PL510072860. The door tag is illegible. It has spear front fender markers and bullet rear fender markers.
