Re: 2016 All Japanese Classic - August 28th - Waterfront Park

Would love to go but I have to somewhere else that day.
Besides I don't have a Vintage Japanese Car anymore unless
you count 2008 SUV's as vintage or a 1998 Honda Civic LX 4dr Sedan.

Good to see so many participants.

No autocross?

Re: Futofab 510 Tail light panel

I think it's awesome that someone is producing decent quality sheet metal for
the 510's . When I was getting the shop to "refit" the back end from a donor
car, it required some "massaging " too. I'm sure this is going to put a lot
more 510's on the road. Keep up the good work!

Re: New LORDCO location

That Lordco location is a great location. It's 0.5 km closer to me than the Southwest Marine drive store.
Another nearby store in case my car breaks down while I'm on the road. The parking lot is pretty good for
loitering too...

Damns... I love the Quattro. Something about bubble flares.

The gordini is Paul Silva's car I presume.

Looks like a lot of fun... although it rained.

electromechanical bits like that are cool They are definitely cool. Archaic in nature but fully functional. I replaced my dynamite sticks on my American muscle car that has sequential taillights with aftermarket units from webelectric products. http://www.webelectricproducts.com/products.htm It's s...

Re: Bert Vorgon's rad for sale

Thanks Byron for the insight. I can buy the piece over in Europe but it's fairly expensive. I'm just looking down the line when I will eventually have to replace it. I don't think there is anything really different from any other radiator as it's only a 1.4 litre (Although turbo'd). Just want to kee...

Re: Bert Vorgon's rad for sale

Keith,
Was your Aluminum Rad custom made? I will be looking for a rad in the future
for the R5 T2 and was wondering who might make them.

Greg... nice buy.

510/240 for sale - Not mine

Guys,

Not affiliated. Just for your interest. Maybe owner
motivated to sell 510.

I think this "BRE" was a topic of discussion before.

Re: Octoberfast 2014

Cleaned up my pack yesterday, here are two of the bottle's we found. They are "Malkin's Best", likely vanilla extract, maybe peppermint on the smaller one. I would say the larger one pre-dates the screw top one, as it had a cork stopper in it. This is very similar to my Worcestershire bot...

Re: Local Sand Blaster?

Hi guys, I thought I would share one of my experiences with the forum of a local company in Vancouver that does some sandblasting services at reasonable prices. I have been fabricating a extension onto my rear louvred grill for my R5 Turbo as it was short about 6 inches to cover off the silencer. Th...
