L-series in Model-T?
So some guy just bought a bare L-18 with two 4spds with a nissan driveshaft spline off me and his plan is too put it in one of his Ford Model-T pickup which is unmodified and he wants it to go faster. He is hoping it will fit without firewall modifications and such. I thought this was interesting an...

Re: New Front Brake Upgrade Project
I'm thinking it makes sense that the 810 Maxima from 1981 to 1984 is built on the 280zx platform because it is Rwd but I think this Maxima would be three times harder to find than the 280zx. The newer Maximas that are much more plentiful are FWD.

Re: New Front Brake Upgrade Project
The rotor fit in a 13" rim but with the caliper it definitely wouldn't- stanzas and s13s come with 14"s and 15"s. I used Supra Celica rims on my car.

Re: New Front Brake Upgrade Project
I dont know why but i couldnt get the pictures inserted properly. Umm i guess i could machine the rotors and calipers for ppl but its a whole bunch easier than making the bracket- all you need is a drill press and grinder. This is more of a personal achievement than a venture anyways- just sayin Any...

Re: wide fender flares
Found them!; I think I've been searching for fiberglass rear quarters in north america (prices from Australia not cool) for 2 years and just found a guy who is making them for me locally! He has all sorts of interesting datsun molds. I so lucked out finding him just an hour from home. Anyways, I thi...

Replacement Bushings and Dust Boots Needed!
Attached is pictures of my situation, I think the pieces are referred to as the dust boot/bushing thing that sits on top of the lower front suspension ball joint and the the center link/tie rod bushings. I know that these bushings come with the replacement parts but I don't have the money to buy tho...

Re: ka24de with ka24e truckblock trans?
I was doing what you guys said bout taking out that spacer and I was like wait a minute, this doesn't have a lip on it like the z24, b/c its a ka24de, and it also sits in the block, and if i pull it i will need a new rear seal and its prob not coming of very easily b/c its prob tapered to the crank?...

Re: ka24de with ka24e truckblock trans?
how do you pry that thicker spacer thats on the crank out from behind the flex plate? i tried putting some of the flywheel bolts back in it and tapping is but it didn't bring it outwards. is there any methods i'm not thinking of?
