Re: EFI Manifolds For Sale, IR for Datsun L-Series heads

Morning World, As I am tidying up all my STUFF at work, where I store my car, I do have one of Byron's manifolds that in reality, I will never use. I know Byron was hoping that it would end up on my car, but, after talking to Andy many times over the years, there is too much re-engineering of things...

Re: WTT Give a core take a core Richmond bc

Hey Robyn,

I am in the process of organizing my STUFF at work, as I have 31 years of bits and pieces there and will soon need to kinda get it ready to move. I came upon a stock 510 carb on manifold.

it's yours!

Re: CV Failure

How is it, that my Honda Oddessy, with 245 HP/200+ft/lbs torque and 212,000 KM...still has perfect CV's up front, and I drive that thing hard on occasion...and it is a 3,900 Lb vehicle.

Re: Fort Casey drive 2017

I think that is a good idea! I have consulted my Military maps, wind charts, GPS settings, my Astrologer, and I think that looks like a good route. At that time of the morning it should be a nice cruise. On the way back, we will use a different route than #20 to get BACK to #20. The straightaways ar...

Re: B.C. BURNS

Funny, the "inter-active" map does not show the Loon Lake fire. I was thinking of Noel's place the other day, sure hope it survives! Along with everybody else's. Jeez, I never thought of M & D, keep us posted. On the way home yesterday Vancouver and the North shore were filling up with...

Re: Fort Casey drive 2017

Allrighty then.... July 29th, meet at the Campbell Valley store, 176th and 8th, to be crossing the Border at 5:30. Weather must be close to awesome as usual. DO NOT FORGET PASSPORT By the time we get through, depending on how many come, we should hit the start of Chuckanut Drive around 6:15 or so, t...

Re: B.C. BURNS

Are you working there Jordan? There are about 57 fires in the Yukon right now, of none have affected my customers, other than some smoke getting close. What a summer so far. We have friends just a hair north of that bloody fire in Lake Country, a kilometer away, look at the houses burned there, all ...

Re: B.C. BURNS

All my miners have been shut down now as the fire level has been at Cat 5 for more than 3 consecutive days.

Smoke has been horrible for some of them and serious health issues are cropping up.

Re: NVH Issues

I agree with 66Duce. I spent the time and have mine within .5 degrees and my car is very smooth all the way to 130 MPH. I also ultimately had Specialty make me a drive shaft in his lathe where I have NO balance weights on the thing, it runs dead smooth. I fought drive line shops for too many years t...

Re: Fort Casey drive 2017

Shall we plan on the 29th, just put it down as the day to go, weather permitting! The weekend after is the long weekend so I do not think we want to get hung up in that coming back to the Border. I take it the Slalom is on the 23rd? I might just pop over and watch and see how the course actually is....

Fort Casey drive 2017

Here we are in the middle of July, I have now done 1,800 KM this season so far. I looked at the drive to Winthrop, but, they are paving 23 miles from Sedro Woolley to Concrete, Wa.. Even though it is week day, the highway could be a sea of cones, fresh oil and pavement, so I would rather do that in ...
