Re: Wheels Wanted - 280ZX steel wheels (x5

Julian is spot on, I specified 280ZX because they are 14x5.5.

Someday, maybe, somehow a set will show up. I'm patient, and this isn't sidelining progress, so I can wait...

Re: Brad's '69 project

Brad, has the buyer made contact? Does he seem legit? In other words, it's great that your auction was so successful, but has the deal materialized? Where is the car going?

Very cool all the way!

Re: Pro-Built Datsun 510

The red 510 pictured in the Speedhunters Sacramento Autorama article belongs to Dave Whit(man?). He's the President of the local Datsun club. Fuel injected L-Series (JDM manifold)

WTB - stock 510 steering wheel

I would like to buy a stock 510 steering wheel. Does not have to be perfect, cracks are OK.

Not interested in wheels with large sections rotted away, I have that wheel already.

Could you consider shipping to 95673? With or preferably without the tires?

Re: LD20 turbo wagon build

Are you still looking for a priming fuel filter assembly? Toyota Diesel forklifts have a great one. PM me if you need a part number, I would have to research it.

Re: Whitebird

Factory powdercoat? Mine had no such powdercoat. Funny you're fretting about a 12 year dormant motor, I think the one in the picture has been unfired for ..... 19 or 20? Eh, it ain't a daily driver

Re: Brad's '69 project

Yep, that's from the thread above, great pic. and thank you. I'm hoping for more .75" and less of the .5" estimate to be true. I may have to find a 280Z hub and measure it up to be sure (anybody have a pair?). I need a full inch, that's where I'm coming up 1/4" shy. If the difference is only 1/2", ...

Why not shorten the control arms and steering rods? Looks like you have plenty of adjustment in your camber plates to compensate.
