I put a clutch in a tt before and that was a bitch, I can't imagine putting that beast into a 510. I did read that whole artical on the tt, and he said the main reason he did it was shock factor, head turner kinda deal. I would love to go for a ride :-)

I could add that when building my rack and pinion I talked to a lot of people and suspension companys like t3 and ground control. They all told me one thing, and then I'd quiz them a little more and they'd change there mind. The end result I got out of it is start at about 2 deg. Camber and 4 deg. C...

RE: O2 Sensor Mod and S13 Column Installed

Well not that anyone's that interested but I put the stock shortened rebuilt driveline in built a tranny mount. Re did all the engine bay wirring found a radiator that might work. All I have to say is there's devils in the details. It seems like I spend most my time running around hunting for parts ...

The SR/KA will not fit properly on the stock 510 crossmember. Close, maybe close enough for some, but not really right. Additionally, the 510 rubber mounts shouldn't be used, they won't hold up to the torque of the SR or KA, and I've heard of some breaking. I had to weld up new motor mount supports...

Why can't you just raise the tranny? Or when your putting in your r200 tip the rearend down a little bit more? So both angles are the same? I do know what you are talking about though the ca and sr fits perfect on the motor mounts the ka not so perfect. What did you get the mesurements that made you...

Any more progress on your rig? Are those rear coilovers from t3? I just ordered a rear set of coilovers from them, I can't wait to try them out.

Man if you are going to drag a 650 wheel hp 510 good luck getting that thing to hook up. I have seen a 510 run in the upper 10s, but i don't know what he was doing for traction. Do you plan on dragging it or keeping it street. Looking good so far though. I'm not saying your wrong or anything just t...

RE: Re: RE: Re: Hey Jeff!

Well the sr was in my 240 for about a year, the first thing I do to any turbo motor is drill a hole in the waste gate vacume roddy thing. Witch turns up the boost, and and its way more acurate than any boost controler I've ever used or any of my buddys. On top of that its free hp. I set my sr at 10p...

RE: Re: RE: Re: Hey Jeff!

Thanks, photos do make it look better. The valve cover is scratched to shit, it must of been on the bottom of the pile. It take so many more hrs to put a turbo motor in. The ca was a breze compared to the sr. I'm mostly exited to try out the power stearing.

What crossmember, stearing and motor mounts are you using? Did you use the top mount header so the turbo wouldn't hit the searing box? Is that the break kit off ebay? That should do for the moment, I'm sure I'll think of more questions :-)
