Quite. But as nickledime mentioned, that particular engine was particularly corked from the factory (probably so as not to embarrass the M3 so much).

I agree the correct numbers should be posted, I'm just saying that "Please don't post blatant falsehoods" is a little harsh on a dude who may have just fat fingered it, thats all. Dude tried to "correct" the very previous post which had a correct figure. Seemed blatant (why repo...

And these kits are being used with proper AFR with no engine lights coming on, now that's impressive. I would have thought the fuel trim would have hit it's limit. Or is that what the reflash is for? There are CARB legal turbo kits for the 350Z. I'm sure not all kits are created equal, nor have the...

Hey nickledime, So do the Beamers that have, say 50-80% power increase over stock still get by without check engine lights. As well I didn't know you could just reflash the computer to fix the problems with after market parts. Dinan's reflash of the new 335i TT engine yields 80+ HP and 100+ ft/lb i...

Now, now, we can have a debate without beating each other up. Maybe he was misinformed, give him the benefit of the doubt and just let him know the correct stat. How is anything I said "beating each other up?" Straight up errors need to be corrected, and being nearly 50% off on a car's we...

RE: F/S JDM SSS Grill and JDM tail light

Can you PM or post closer pictures of the taillights? Specifically the frame condition. Any cracks on the lenses or bulb buckets?
Thanks

I'm 5'8" and 135lbs soaking wet and I feel claustrophobic in a MX-5 and wouldn't buy one for that fact alone; never sat in a Mini I honestly don't see how that matters. There are current/new cars out there that weigh around 2500 pounds, so there is potential that Nissan could build a car with ...

No, it doesn't. Honda says 2432. Please don't post blatant falsehoods. You're off by 1000 pounds, yet seem to claim knowledge.

Get used to stability control no matter what you drive or what wheels are driven.

Curb weight under 2500lbs on a new car, right  MINI weighs ~2600 pounds. MX-5 weighs ~2500 pounds. As well I don't like the idea of a 510R sounds like Honda named it, Debadge AND think of all the nothing you could do to it because it would have to comply with the production year emissions and...

No one is paying that money for that car. The asking price is what makes it unusable.

It will need to be raised up in order to be usable on the road. That also makes it unusable.

Seems a poor car to go through the effort and expense to export out of Japan.

& it doesnt 'look' like a 72 :?: Hard to tell with the modifications done to it. It does have the center ventilator, so that makes it older than the 1970 dash changeover, but as that was available from '71, there's no telling. Bigger/more pictures would be needed. A more interesting question is...

$11,700 CDN is all the money in the world for that car. It is also much more modified than you typically see come out of Japan, and poorly modified at that.

$11,7K is Coupe money, also.

I, uh, also have it on good authority that the RHD 1300 went for $6500.

Brian,

Sender is functional, which is a real treat. Thanks again. I've still got your clutch setup.
