Thanks Andew. I've owned a few 68's, but I've never had a 69, so I wasn't sure.

Cool, but you will be running about zero camber. Strut angle is not the same. See post "Suspension Questions". It’s all there, kind of dawn out, but there.

68 style light is no longer available. It sucks, and cost me a lot to locate one after I welded up the holes in my back panel thinking they were still available. Ouch!

Just so you know, I had J&B line bore a 2.2 block when I lived in Victoria. When I got the motor back, being a machinist and having my own tools, I checked their work. They had managed to line bore the block with .020" less distance from the #5 main to the deck than #1 main to the deck... t...

There is a club member in Mission, Dave Doan who owns Access Auto - give him a try.
BTW - I've passed you twice in the last three weeks, you're going east, I'm going west, on Sundays around 6:30 or so. I think it was you anyway! I was in my run of the mill, blend in with the world, Bavarian 510.

-Those appear to be 280ZX brakes, and are probably 280ZX struts. You got camber plates with this right? -So you now know what struts to use - 280ZX -I'll assume that the adjustable collars for 2 1/2 inch ID springs. If you don't have the springs, buy 10 inch long ones if you are in the market - more...

Actually, that pivot on the 68/69 cross member is one inch higher than the 70 to 73 cross members. Danny, no worries, there are just two styles of front control arms. The difference is obvious if you have the wrong ones. I’m not sure if the early style just came on 68’s, or if they were even continu...

Most cars have the glass urathaned in, but it still alows a bit of movement. I've seen glued in the windows before in race aplications, seemed to work. I'm about to find out on my own car, as this is what I'm doing there as well.

You need to use the 1970 and later control arms and the stud that bolts them to the cross member. You want to keep your original ‘68 cross member, as it is better for geometry if you are lowering the car.
