I am in the process of making a remote kit for the Datsun 1200 and I have to space the BMC a little further away than the factory rod can reach. the wide end slips into the plenum flange and the taper end slips into the head flange.

I am approaching 20 hours for the whole project.

Since its the first one the hours are always more than the value should be. Now that the setups are taken care of and programming I should be able to average 16-18 hours on one unit.

I need to make up the L series and A series Manifolds.

I think on the next one I will convex crown the interior edge of the Plenum Flange to keep from having 90 degree edge.

The iPhone image is kinda crap quality but most of the plenum is done. Exterior machine work and the TB and cap is being machined today.
