my old "radio flyer" beat out that one and a few other big time cars battling it out at the last ship builders show. it was an upsetting defeat for the sedans that year with a wagon taking first place.

if it didn't rain on may long it would be the singe of the coming Apocalypse ...... I thought this year was going to be sunny

I loved my 13in federal 595ss. neck wrecking in the corners and fantastic in the rain. side wall is a bit thin giving a bit of a bounce on a heavy sprung dime.

sadly one went flat and developed a flat spot. but now it can be replaced!

I like running a ground strap from the lower starter bolt to the upper relay arm bolt backed up with a star washer to bight into the paint. then a short cable from bat to the magic bolt on head.... ...

thats strange... they look rite for a 70 to 73. is it flat from stud to stud? the angle of the pick gives the illusion that the top bolt looks bent upwards...????

How would it be 'lost travel'? If applying 150 pounds of foot pressure to the pedal both times, the only change is the master moved 0.030" ahead and presumably the pedal and your foot. I doubt you could feel 0.030". The master still 'sees' 150 pounds, times what ever the mechanical advant...

just for fun I set the dial indicator up on the magnetic base to measure the deflection. base to cowl, pointer positioned on the forward cap: upwards deflection measured .010 base to coil, pointer positioned end of master, center of bore. froward deflection measured .030 this was done on 6inches wit...
