To be specific, depending on the spring rate you have, I would try 20W oil. This will give you a reasonable feel. Where are you located? I used to run that weight all year (on the coast) and it was not too stiff in the winter, other than in extremely cold weather. As Byron said, check out the other ...

No, you unscrew a large nut at the top of the strut and a replacement cartridge is inserted, after taking out the factory inards. Or, you can just change the oil by putting in 20w, or 30w or..depends on what you like the shock to feel like. If you are on a budget this actually does work just fine. U...

hey..watch with the old! I'm still waiting to get you out on the bike trail! Just because the hot tire when I was your age was the Pirelli CN36, does not mean I'm old. Just been around awhile. I do remember the 3 pc Compi's, Andy at Specialty still has some I think. When I look back through my log b...

Morning World, wow, was I dehydrated. I drank 6 litres of water after I got home last night. I should know better what with my biking. As I thought about yesterday also, that stretch from Lilloet to Lytton was the best. Malcolm was just flying. And when I looked in my mirror, and watched a truly gre...

Jamie...DO NOT SELL IT! Just think, how hard it would be , in time and money, to duplicate 200 plus hp in a neat package. Seen to many friends sell their cars, and then really regret it. Walk away for awhile and think about it. I only use my toy a few times a year....but those are fantastic times. L...

Wow..that was hot! Paul and I saw 107 degrees F inside my car. Got caught..again in traffic . A car rolled just past Bridal Falls. Had to stop and start my car just to keep it cool. Paul and I bailed and did the back roads for a while. Man, did I have some hi speed bugs on my car this year. Just got...

OK!!! I had resigned myself to the fact that wether we blow up with 27 gallons of gas on board, as opposed to 22 gallons, was likely not going to change the size of the hole in the ground that much.

I do have 2 FRS radios, so you can use one of them.

what 14" do you have? I am finding that with the new fenders on the Toyota, all the mounting points are back where they should be...and...the tires now hit the mounting bolts. I do not want to go bending stuff now that it is all new. So..depending on what 14's you have, maybe we could do a swap! The...
