My wife met me with a 510, we cruised in my next five ten. After our wedding, we drove home in a slightly pom-pom decorated 510 complete with dragging cans on strings, and now she owns and drives her own 510... it's like the natural circle of life, and it's awesome!!

Good job -real hot rods are built at home - by yourself!! This is the true meaning of enthusiasm. Any one can pay some one else to do their stuff, but real emthusiasts make the effort to do it themselves, Kudo's man.

I really don't think the crank will clear the inside of the block - that's why the NapsZ 2.4 block is wider... correct me if I'm wrong as I've never physically tried it myself!!

I had to modify a 225mm flywheel to make it a 200mm unit for my last project. 200mm flywheels are a little hard to come by!!

Lordco, or if you want to talk to someone who actually knows something - go to Specialty Engineering. They have everything you'll need for your suspention and they know what they are talking about. They've been into 510's since they were new, and successfully raced them for more years than most of u...

It's expensive if you don't have the connections, or don't buy the materials in bulk and really go whole hog in producing parts. I don't have either, and haven't been truely in the high volume bussiness. I just want good quality parts. Trust me, if it was worth it, I'd be making the parts myself. Bu...

Actually, I pay a fiberglass guy to do it - I hate glass. I do anything steel - plastics just don't really agree with my craftsman skills.

My 2.2 L/Z in the wagon, with a Shadbold 445 cam, got 29 miles to the gallon on the hwy using an out of the box, unmopdifies 82 200SX EFI setup !! However, that same motor combo got as low as 12 miles to the gallon in my rally car using a pair of 40 mm Mikuni's. How it's jetted and how you drive it ...
