Re: Need a running KA24E
Jason bought a good ka24e off of me years ago. I bet he still has it.

Re: Engine oil Thermostat
Congrats! It sounds like you found a great solution. It would be interesting now to know how much flow will actually be diverted through the cooler but that would be tough to determine. One thing you could consider is putting your filter first in the system train. Oil will filter best when hot and i...

Re: Engine oil Thermostat
You should add a turbo or 2. That ought to add some heat and put both your rad and oil cooler sizing pretty close! Perhaps a blank off plate for part of the rad could be a good solution for now. I’d have to review the FSM for the RB engines and see if the water-oil cooler in the OEM config is set up...

Love this build!! Can't wait to hear a handling report. I think that multilink rear end is just the best!

Re: 2.3L of fun
My orangeline bar has been reshaped a bit so I don't know if it is still the same dimensions but on mine it calculated to just about 450lb/in. Really somewhere right in the middle of these two will probably be the sweet spot. I'm going to drive it like this for a while before I decide if I want to ...

Thanks. My calcs say that too. Do you have the dims off a stock/Orangeline bar? My parts are far far away...
Or do you have the calculated stiffness of the Orangeline bar to compare it to?

Re: Silvia
Another year, another update. Not too much new. In November 2018, I installed a GKtech front swaybar to give me the necessary sump clearance. It is a pretty highly engineered piece with a good price so I couldn't complain. They skimped badly on painting the blades so I blasted and PCed them the cand...

Re: 2.3L of fun
Hey Norm, Judging from your pictures and work, you love being under your car! Think you could grab some measurements for me? I need a sway bar option that'll fit now that I have a rack and this might be the ticket but I'm with Jeff and suspect that this isn't nearly as stiff as we think. It'd be gre...

Re: Should I shorten 280zx struts?
Running out of travel sucks. My non-shortened Zx struts did that.
With shortened struts now, I can use all the travel. 275# springs.
