I bought the axle shafts and dropped them off at Dutchman Friday. I will be ordering adapters from you on payday!

Mine are on a project car which isn't yet running, so there's not much I can share.

DQ article should be imminent.

The test fit:

seemed to indicate that the sweet spot for the axles is the 14.5" that was originally suggested.

If I can get 6 or more people buying I can do another $200.00 per kit group buy sale. No hardware this time though. That box I had was expensive

I hadn't even planned on CVs for Whitebird, however Matt's insane price of $200 for the adapters was too insane to pass up.

It saves money for everyone to do these in bulk buys. It helps me on the cost of material.

I know I should probably search first, but what are the details on your kit? What does it work with, and what else would I need to make it work?

It works with searching, and you will need to search to make it work.

Should we make a sticky of the list of parts so people can be lazy about the search option?

I purchased a set from matt. i currently have the whole set up installed and have put about 200 miles on them. i purchased the 15 5/8 sand rail axles from ebay and the cheap cv joints also from ebay. the axles are case hardened. i had a local machinist mill the ends off and cut the retaining clip slot on a lathe. he said that they are real hard. i have only had one problem i think my car was a little to low and i dont have a adjustable rear cross member. i think the angle was a bit to much and it pulled the inner part of the joint out a bit causing the axles to slip out of the splined area. i took the inner joint apart and repositioned the joint then raised the car a bit in the rear. this seems to have solved the problem.
