Datsun Key Fobs

Post by Tedman »

Post your Datsun key fobs. Here's a few of mine:
Repro of one I carried back in the day (1st 510 circa 1979):

This one was sold mid-late '80s at UFO SoCal events. Carried this one in my pocket for many years, and the wear shows:

This is a factory 'leather' key fob. It has three hooks for keys like the two shown:

This is a modern BRE cloisonne fob, available at their website:

This is an aluminum badge I cast myself in the Industrial Technology department at Chico State. They have/had an aluminum foundry and contracts with local companies. Chad and I would go in and bang out parts till 1am. Made some pin money. Also got to do G jobs, like the above.

Nein, just the picture. And it's just the trunk key, only thing ever in there is the battery. Otherwise it's the '69 single-sided key underneath for the rest of the locks and IGN. Came that way from Japan, but didn't come that way from the factory.

Another one I found in my stash, this one was sold at UFO swap meets in the '90s.
