Front Wheel Bearing Part Numbers for 510 Struts

Post by Boy Blunder »

* Flame Suit On *

Sorry if this is an exhausted question. I searched but could not find links/part numbers for the front wheel bearings for the STOCK 510 front spindles.

I am looking for direction on where to source the Timken components for front wheel bearing replacement.

From my understanding, I am looking for the inner / outer bearings and races , The seals, and I believe the new Axle nut.

Any advice? Part numbers definitely appreciated.

Thanks,

Have you looked at RockAuto?

SKF is another good brand, but they also carry some Timken.

Mike,

Are these the Timken numbers or the Nissan P/N's?

Boy Blunder,
They look like Nissan numbers.

Wheel bearing manufacturers use a generic numbering system for inner race/bearing and outer race sets.

Here is info I've pulled together based on National #'s, but I believe Timken uses the same generic bearing number system.

Front Wheel Bearings, Datsun 510 – National #’s
• A4 inner - 1.0625”ID, 1.98” OD
• A1 outer - .6875” ID, 1.57” OD
• Seal #1183 – 2.175” OD, 1.693” shaft, .315” wide
