ebay (datsun+510), sorry i dont have a link.
Haynes is good, but a Chilton (if it exists) is better.

I have a Nissan manual and a Haynes manual. I was using the pics out of the Haynes to put my windows back in my doors. I was having trouble getting the window crank mechanizism into the slots and the center hole. I noticed they had an error in their drawings (according to my window). I pulled out the Nissan manual and it was correct. This is one time they messed up on their duplication of information.

I bought this one from books4cars in Seattle, received it this week, for 40US$ plus shipping.

I have also found several other Datsun shop manuals at various used book stores in the lower mainland. I found a '79 280ZX manual the other day at a store at the corner of Hastings and Gilmore in Vancouver, they wanted 70C$. I thought it was a little high. Where are you located?

I wonder if the copyright has expired on the fsm (factory service manual)? If so I would be interested in buying a .pdf of it...

The best mechanical manual for the 510, bar none, is the "How To Keep Your Datsun Alive" book. Occasionally available on eBay.
