That sounds cool. I don't suppose you have any pictures of that setup.

Maybe look into older japanese wheels, I picked up this set of SSR MKII's and they're pretty close to what you're looking for. 14x7.5 -6

Maybe watch the Club4AG forum, a lot more wheels in the specs you are looking for go through the classifieds on that site. Better yet try a WTB ad there as well?

I'm curious, what are they not legal? Is there some kind of certification they need to pass - because I can't see how all those eBay/Chinese knockoffs bother...

Further to that Robyn, what makes you think that cut-stretched-welded stock wheels are properly road legal?

very tempting I must say.... but what is ICBC's policy ? .....thats right, to not pay out! would they not be like: "oh, look you have non road legal parts on your car. sorry looks like your insurance is void and you are on the hook for all damages" now if it was a fender bender they would not look that close but if someone died, you better believe they will try to get you on the hook and place all liability on you.

is that a bassett sticker on the rim and is it easily removed ? are they stamped with "not dot approved" ? the bassetts require a 45deg lug nut will my stock lugs work if not what lugs do I need ?

I will call greens and see if their work is dot approved.

Well geez, on that note, you might as well un-modd the whole car and take it back to bone stock! :P

"snowflakes" are 15in rims.

You're gonna be hard pressed to find a oem wheel thats 14x8. More selection with 14x7, Toyota celica/supra wheels come to mind

If you're alright with spending some coin, look to Japan. Lots more 14s over there...
