it's a sad day for me guys. butters in on his way to the island, he's going to a very good home .

$24.600 was the price we agreed on, dan's a super nice guy and has a few plans for butters. think he is going to set it up for circle track racing.
talked with dan and his wife about bringing butters to the august 27th show , that will be cool if they can make it out.

congrats and sorrow because :

Who's the boy that can laugh at a storm cloud?
Turn a frown into a smile for free?
Who's the kid with a heart full of magic?
Everyone knows it's Butters!

Who's the boy with eyes full of wonder?
Who thinks being yourself is the best thing to be?
Who's that rascal with the tweezers in his pocket?
Everyone knows it's Butters!

Jumping in puddles, skipping down the hallway.
Petting goats at the petting zoo, he loves John Elway.

Who's the little tyke with the cutest little dimples?
Batting his eyes at every puppy he sees?
If you look inside yourself you might be surprised when you find
A little 510 named Butters!

My condolences and congratulations. That must have been hard.

Wow,
I've been away a while and just saw this! Congrats...er....sorry. Did the guy really pay almost $25K for your beauty to go circle track racing? Really? Why? There are so many beaters out there to turn into demo derby cars. God, I hope he's a good driver!
Good luck with your health issues - sending good thoughts.

Seconds on NOT putting this yellow beauty on a Track!!! Someone talk the guy out of it and into buying a beater.
Thanks for the inspiration MIke and Tyson.
Your car was the first really done up 4 door I saw after buying my own 4 door.
Here's hoping for a speedy recovery and getting back in the game with another dime.
I love my car deeply. I just sometimes wish it wasn't factory green.
