WANTED - Clean 2dr or 4dr 510

I have started looking again for a clean 2 or 4 door and it hasn't been the easiest of searches. I thought I would post up an ad to see if anyone has such a car they would consider selling. My budget is somewhere around $10k and I am hoping that will get me at least a reasonably rust free project that I can drive.
I am not looking for bondo buggies. I understand 2dr cars are more valuable and with that, I would be satisfied with a clean 4dr that I can improve on as time goes by. I actually prefer L series engines for their simplicity as well as original appearance.

$50k? While I appreciate the build and quality, I can't see that price happening. My budget is more directed to a relatively clean project car and most likely a 4dr given the escalation of 2dr values. I don't care about paint quality as long as the sheet metal is solid.. extreme rust in the rockers and rear quarters, etc is a deal killer for me.
As noted in the original post... a nice little car with an L series would be a good starting point to tinker with.
