That’s a bit of a strange one, as it’s either a 69 with later side marker lights, or the really odd chance that the chassis is a 70 or later that some one has installed a 69 dash into. But I don’t see anything 68 in the car. The one thing that’s really hard to change is the cowel- this car has tandem wipers, larger tail lights and late side markers, so one would want to check that regi pretty closely or get an explanation for sure.
