70s 2dr shell parts

Hey Dimers,

I'm looking to part out a 2dr 510 shell. No doors. Just the shell. No interior. I think it's only good from the B pillar and forward as the rear may be buckled and quarter panels smashed. Floor boards look solid. Send me a PM and we can work from there for the specific section you're interested in, or maybe even the whole car? I hate to cut it as these cars are becoming rarer by the day. It's probably repairable depending on how ambitious one is.

Do carefully cut out the B pillars! You should cut extra metal out with them........a small chunk at top into the roof, and a chunk at the bottom into the rocker panel. The Aussies never got the 2dr cars & there have been a couple guys over there looking to convert Wagons to 2dr's. 2dr doors can be found here in the States, but most people parting out cars do not save the B pillars, so those are harder to find!

Interesting you brought that up, a little more than a year ago I sold a set to a mate in Australia and the conversion is in progress for a two door. I think it may be posted somewhere here in the the realm .

If you still have this, I’m looking for a nice front core support to replace the one in my 1971 4 door 510.
