Keep this active, if not a one day on the 12th then weekend of 26th works for me.

Got the new ride now so looking forward to many road trips this year!

Wow, glad I checked in finally! I may be good for those weekends, I have to check scheduling for those things ... Overnight would be tougher, but, we shall see!

Morning World,

Back from a week in the mountains, lucked out on the weather, threw some trout in the boat and scoped out some new hiking trails.

Ok, lets agree that July 19th will be our drive day and whether it morphs into an overnight drive, or, just a really long day, remains to be decided. We will go to Winthrop, have lunch, visit the museum.

IF..we really stayed on task....passed on photo ops on the way down, then used the second stage of our journey for a few things, we could do it in a LONG day.

From Blaine the loop would be 514 miles or, 827 KM +/- from where you live. I used Blaine - Winthrop - Osoyoos - Vancouver.

How does that sound?

I sent Paul S. an e-mail and link to here, would be fun to have him and his car along.

I'm in guys, sounds like fun - especially after what I've seen today... see Pikes Peak post.

I could probably make it for the 26th weekend. I'm going to finish putting the car back together tomorrow and take her out for a shakedown. As long as everything works as expected I'll be able to make it.
If no one from the future comes back to stop you from doing it then how bad of a decision can it really be?

The 19th/20th is what we are planing for, weather permitting. The following would be our alternate.
