We should be able to be back by then, specially with an early start from Hope.

A lot depends on how much STOP time we do, rally at Manning Lodge...drive up to Lookout for photo op....fuel up for some in Princeton...

Google shows 3 hours and 24 minutes to Vancouver, so assume we hit Bromley by 11:00 at the very latest, and hour or so for lunch, targeting to leave Bromley by 1:30 at latest, gets you back in plenty of time.

No worries Alveen, this is just a drive for the most part, it is B.C. after all, with it's draconian speeding law. I will just be happy with a cruise UP that has minimal traffic so as to just maintain a steady speed.

I was hoping you would show up! Have you changed your gears? If not...you will be in front and we will push you.... With Norm and I behind you, there will be 520 HP on your bumper, maybe reinforce the mounts.

Still the same Bonneville Salt Flats 3.36’s. I’m not changing them until you sell me the 5 speed you’ve been selfishly hoarding since 1986.

I had a set of 4.11s for you. Maybe we can just tie us all together. 600hp between 3 cars should be good.

You two should watch the smack talk. I make up for my poor driving skills and lack of horsepower with giddy enthusiasm, shiny parts and a functioning heater and sound system.
By the way, my calibrated Assdyno is sensing at least 97 Hp to the wheels but I’ll pad my bumpers in rubber just in case.

You hit The nail on the head here! I have no idea hat the hell I was thinking when I deleted my heater at the time of the restoration on the Bronze!
Especially living here in the Pacific North West.....

That's all funny, I hope it is not too hot for the drive back. We will be early enough to beat the heat at the beginning.

That being said, I think we have all proven our cars are ok at 30+C. after some of our Lytton/Lillooet Drives.

So, here's the deal...we hook Alveen to the rear, Dean at the front, everyone together and we have a 1,000 HP snake going through the mountains..one rule..NOBODY TOUCHES THE BRAKES!

Morning World!

Just got back from a week of camping in the mountains, gorgeous weather. Next weekend looks to be good so far, predicted to be 27C. in Princeton. Goes without saying to make sure cooling system is all good, we do have a good climb on the way back.

As we head to weeks end I will post up meet times, but likely the usual...lets leave Hope Chevron at 6:00 Am SHARP>

I'm going to go for a bit of a drive tomorrow, just to shake the cobwebs out, likely over to Specialty and then....

Where has the time gone......here are some more of Spencer's wagon, from an Enduro Slalom we all did together in 2006. Derick, James, me, and Spencer. I was sorting some pictures out and found this in my picture files. This would have been one of the last slaloms to be held at the small course track at Boundry Bay.

I gave Jamie a call but he has his son's grad that day.

Who have we got so far for the drive:
Keith
Byron
Alveen
Cliff
Ron & Is
Dean
Norm
James ( I think)
Glen
