2nd Datsun GO! Event - Aguascalientes, Mexico Aug. 26
I popped over to the nearby city of Aguascalientes (Central Mexico) today to take in this event. I was curious what the Mexicans have in the way of collector Datsuns. Well, I was blown away by the size of the show - possibly well over 200 vintage Datsuns. Some very nice examples of '60's era Bluebirds I had never seen many of before.

Some 510's & 610's. Note: They were not called "510's" or "610's" in Latin America. All of the home market cars were 4 doors with live rear axles - no IRS versions. There were a few 2-doors there today but these would have been originally sold in the US them brought into Mexico at some point - often referred to as "chocolates".
