what is the max. size for loading pics now? i think it was 256kb but i tried a 185 kb etc. and it keeps saying error to large?

It used to be 256K, but it got larger a while back, and went from 3 attachments to >3 attachments per post.

ah yes, but what is it now? I'm trying to update our long overdue build thread, but can't get my pics to load. it comes back "error file to big. but file sizes are like 185kb and even 97kb. maybe its just me, trying to learn how to use new mac and all. and computer challenged at that.
