45 series on 14"

seeing if anyone thinks a 195/45 r14, will be to small, for my dime. Anyone else running this small of a side wall on a 14" wheel??

They will be short for sure. For pics of cars with short tires, check out any car running 20" slicks on 13" wheels.

I ran 195/45-15s which have the same size side wall, 1" bigger over all, and they looked small, but not too small.

It all depends on the look you are going for. They are a popular size with A1 VW types.

IMHO 14" tires are not the best for anything. There might be that one size that you want, but you need to go to 15 for a decent selection

Icehouse would you happen to have any more photo's of the 4 door sedan with the front and rear flares?

I have a 4 door sedan and would like to put flares on but have been told it is not that easy so I have no idea where to start...

I called a few weeks ago and the TOYO 195/45/14 tires were on backorder for at least a month


and the Federal 185/55/14s were backordered too........ :roll: ........... lots of offers for a 185/60/14
