this is my worst nightmare, coming home to see something has happened to my car, thats why in the winter its on jack stands with the tires off. just making it as hard as possible to take.

Having invested virtually my whole life to my racing and the car, I have horrible dreams at times
that my car has been stolen/vandalized/messed with/other variations of my car being wrecked....

I'm sure the psych guys would have a field day with that, but, when you invest so much time, energy, and enthusiasm into something that dominates a good chunk of your life.......

I was pretty devastated when that young guy ran me off the Squamish Highway when my 72' got wrecked.......

Stealing, Screwing or intentionaly messing up someone's ride is punisable by .50 caliber or 3-3 minute rounds with me. My 510 sits in the garage with ignition kill switch activated. I have 180' of driveway and three boxers willing to be dogs and I'm a crack shot with the muzzleloader at 100 yards so that 180' of driveway is easy peasy. Can't imagine what a 270gr sabot in the ass would feel like.

things like this make me very grateful that my dimes are parked in a gated compound surrounded by a mote, patrolled by dogs, monitored by cameras and backed up by a short lady with a frightening disposition.

you can pick up wild life motion activated cameras for under $50 set it up by the tent and post your findings for all to see.

stopped at the autoplan place and got storage insurance today, 30 bucks for a year. i won't need a year but it was 30 buck . :|
that camera idea sounds good to me robyn.

in 93 i saw my last 510 the box flared 4dr dime driven away by 2 shitheads. :x
living in new westminster at the time on the third floor, 4 am buddy trev had just left in his dime and i thought i herd his car come'n back so i looked outside to see two dudes bump starting it down the road.
i was on the phone with the cops before they got it going. the car was found in a field out in surrey 3 days later , the right side door post [b piller?] hacksawed of and 4 point bolt in roll bar gone. all that work for a roll bar.

Mike,

While going though some old photo albums, I found Butters V1.0

Friends and neighbors, I feel this is the best looking flared 4dr 510 I have ever seen.

Definitely E30 M3 era inspired, and very well executed.

And my flared wagon in the background....

Enjoy;
