YEEAAAAHHHHH!!!! I took that picture smack dab in the middle of a mullet convention!!! They thought they were cool with mullets, I WAS cool with full-on rocker long hair...

Special mention goes to the following mulleters in the pictures for maintaining such beautiful and stylish mullets:
that gas thief guy on the left (Darcy? ...who cares what his name is really; he was a goof!!! he stole gas that day and made us all look bad...)
Roy Gangdal, Jr. - WOW, his mullet kinda blends in with the coat, BUT IT'S THERE...
Jamie Mitchell - Holy shit... KING points for the picture-perfect mullet!!! what else can be said besides, it is PERFECT.
Jason Koehn - that straight-out-of the 50's look + a beginners mullet = Choice!!!

There are only 3 non-mullets in the picture maintaining the peace with all that cool standing everywhere around them

Pat Roberts and Noel Koehn get points (and the other two dudes) for having the foresight not to have a mullet

Also make note that Jamie colour-coordinated his shirt with his car that day. That's gotta be worth a couple of points

Haha! I thought that looked like Roy, but I didn't think he was that oldschool! I bought my last 510 from Roy.

Actually, that's my third 510 (the '68) behind Roy's car and in front of Scott’s car on the left side of Noels car.
Man, that goes beck a few years! I’m kind of wondering if I was one of the mullet crowd – or still the longhair. I do remember having the Grizzly Adams beard though….

So I got the lateral bars bent up for the cage today. I spent 4 hours on the drivers side one. Took three to get it right. Thankfully the passenger side mirror image took only 35 minutes. Nothing like practice! Blaaaaaah! Well, the hard part is done, the rest of the cage is just time. Next weekend.

NICE hair guys!

Byron, I'm not so sure about that hood...it's definitely unique!

Ya, unique is right. And probably functional. But as for aesthetics, I'm skeptical...

To set the record straight, the people in the top picture are, from left to right:
Darcy Chabot
Roy Gangdal
Noel Koehn (at least I think it is from the back, but that was a while ago so who knows...)
Jamie Mitchell
Pat Roberts head just viewable over the right shoulder of...
Jason Koehn
(I forgot this guys name - he was a club member, who was also Squamish RCMP, and he was NOT happy about the duffey lake run that day...)

The people in the second picture are, from left to right:
Roy Gangdal (walking)
Darcy Chabot (eating)
Jamie Mitchell (listening)
Pat Roberts (talking)
Noel Koehn (driving)

And it's Jamie Mitchell in the bottom picture

I feel like my old picture of a bunch of mullet-farmers has completely stolen Byron's post about his car - and somehow that doesn't seem fair!!!

Noel did NOT have a mullet in that era; it must be someone else you are blaming that mullet on...
