That was interesting with your temperatures. Before I put my intercooler on, I had inlet temps to my motor, at 16PSI, of 350 degrees F.. After installing my cooler, it dropped to 117F, at the same boost and roughly same ambient. Sounds like it is working fairly well. I bet a good spray onto the cooler, would definately help out. What was your exhaust temp, or do you monitor it yet? I tend to run at a part throttle cruise at 4-5000 rpm at about 1,170F-1,250F. At full boost, depending air density, I will see upwards of 1,400-1,600F., depending on how long my foot is through the firewall. I pour a lot of methanol into the system once boost is over 12PSI. I can totally imagine how well your car goes!!! The acceleration just keeps going, does'nt it.
