parking brake?

Suspension, including wheel, tire and brake.

parking brake?

does anyone have a pic of there parking brake were it conects to the rear section. not sure if i have the right parts to set this up.

well i was looking at my parking brake line today to figure out how i was going to set it up ,and of coarse there are no threads just a square end. i guess its fubared.

If part of the end is still on the cable and looks strong enough still , try putting on a cable end {like part 43} onto it and then pin it into the pin hole location 33, using a pin like 39. Adjust cable with 44.

there is about 3/4 of an inch at the end of the cable and i don't think i pin would hold to well.maybe i could get out the tap and die set.

Mike if there is enough of the rod still there just pick up a piece of rod, cut some threads into it then weld it on. You can borrow my kit if you dont have one.

My rear left cable is frayed from rubbing on the exhaust pipe (rear disc brakes changed the angle).
I was wondering if anyone has ordered the rear parking brake kits from ebay/Thailand?

I have used the eBay/Thailand brake cables a few times. They are fine. Not quite as nice as stock. They fit fine but don't have the little rubber boot at each end to help protect the cable in the housing. And once I had to grind the clip groove slightly to get the clip in. But it's all there's is and priced right.
