Wagon brake question

Does anyone make a bracket to put these calipers on a wagon rear end? And also will they clear 14's? Also what are some of my other options. I have a rear disk conversion in my coupe with wilwood dynalites.

No one makes brackets to fit those to a wagon. As far as wheel fitment, no 510-offset wheel is going to clear those. Should fit under a 14" wheel, but typically requires more of a FWD offset.

One option for wagon discs:
