I ordered a set of Micheline 155 R-13 radials from Coker Tire for one of my cars a few years ago. Cost was reasonable, and they were 1" white walls.
It's about as close as I could find to a 'stock' tire size in a Radial. The originals were of course Bridgestone bias-ply tires and these are simply not available.
Coker also lists a BF Goodrich 560-13 in a 1" and 2 1/4" white wall and a 2 1/2" Firestone white wall if you wanted to go the bias-ply route for your car.

Hope that helps.

Coker is your best bet. Summit Racing is a reseller.
