Slotted top mounts for more camber:

Slotted LCA:

And more slots on the steering arm:

Assuming this isn't the norm, even for racing on the cheap and will all need to be replaces and fixed?

The one on the steering arm looks like wear from a loose bolt. You can see material pushed up around the top of the hole. I can't see the point in slotting one side of a part that attaches to another at fixed points.

Shnikes! Don't the 240Z struts have a wider bolt pattern then the 510? Maybe someone was upgrading brakes???

With the other bolt on it can't move in that direction. If both bolts were loose it could twist causing the holes to be worn to the sides.

Good point, the brakes are off an AE86 so maybe the struts are Toyota ones too :?: no marking on them, I’ll take some pictures and post them up to see if anyone can say yes they’re Datsun or not. No one over here who knows enough to listen to.

Thanks.
