The company reccomends acyrlic clear coat over the rust,,,, , they said it might wash off in the rain... :lol:

after a few weeks, it looked like it was eating into the car,,, ,, I needed JASCO paint stripper to get back to white paint

it's not eating through any paint ... yet ..... .. . but I plan on stripping the car to bare metal this summer anyways:

15x7 +0mm Drag DR20 195/45/15 Federals ... with 1/2" spacers on shortened 510 struts with MR2 inserts ..... Rear: 16x9 -13mm 225/45/16 no spacers, stock rear camber

hey i would like to ask as i like the look and may copy you when i do my 65 roadster. it is a layer of paint with the rust over top. does it eat at the paint underneath a fair bit and would it be worth doing it to this car. it has lots of bondo in it already so the perfect candidate.
