Finally got my collection of nos lights for the car..would like to trade the front euro ones for US versions.anybody? The rear round marker lights are from a 69 roadster ones but identical to the 510 versions except for the rubber gasket.

picked up the 5 lug conversion with 930 porsche cv.

Diving right into this build, huh? 8) thats a lot of sheet metal holders on the tunnel. Spot welding each hole?

yes sirrrrr had the car for 2 months now...got to stretch the factory tunnel out to fit the wider TSR tunnel.

Big thanks to Member Bike Papa for putting his 510 project on hold to fab me up a drivers floor pan and drivers rocker. You can really see from the pictures that he has great attention to detail and make sure his stuff fits EXACT as it should.

Drivers floor pan installed today...will send car to media blasting,SEM seal all seams,then tow it to Linex bed coatings on a rotisserie to have inside of car sprayed and underneath.

it was important to match the curvature of the factory rocker as well as the reverse tapers of the two horizontal sections.

This was not a difficult piece to make. it just required some careful measuring.
it also helps to work for a sheet metal shop!
